Anticel Peracetic Acid 15% performs excellently against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses and resistant structures such as endospores and mold spores. Its mechanism of action is based on oxidizing the outer cell membrane through electron transfer…

Description of Iodine Pearls USP At Quimiconsult we offer USP grade IODINE PEARLS, a high-purity biocide composed of solid elemental iodine supplied in the form of pearls with a minimum iodine assay of 99.5%. This material is mainly used as a raw material and chemical intermediate in the formulation of iodophor products, industrial disinfection solutions and other systems that require a reliable source of active iodine. The pearl form allows safer handling and more controlled dosing than fine powders, while its low impurity level contributes to consistent performance in industrial and formulation processes. Iodine pearls USP stand out for their high active iodine content and relatively low volatility, which allows a stable, predictable antimicrobial effect when incorporated into suitable matrices (for example, iodophors). These characteristics, together with a maximum non-volatile residue of 0.01%, make the product suitable for industrial, pharmaceutical, veterinary and food industry …

Product description: Stabilized disinfectant iodine At Quimiconsult we offer Iodactive 1.75 %, a concentrated stabilized iodophor designed for professional surface disinfection in the food, livestock and agro-industrial sectors. This powerful oxidizer effectively fights pathogenic microorganisms thanks to its robust formulation, which increases both solubility and stability in aqueous solutions. Iodactive 1.75 % contains a minimum of 1.75 % active iodine and acts instantly on contact against a broad spectrum of microorganisms: Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungi, yeasts and even some types of protozoa. Unlike other conventional iodine disinfectants, its efficiency does not decrease in very hard water or under extreme temperature conditions, making it a reliable solution for demanding industrial environments. Its fully water-soluble formulation prevents staining on equipment and surfaces, and its detergent properties aid penetration and disinfecting action even on porous su…

Product Description: 1.3% Stabilized Iodophor for Controlled Sanitization of Surfaces, Equipment and Water At Quimiconsult we offer Iodactive 1.3%, a concentrated stabilized iodophor designed for disinfection applications that require precise dosing control with the smallest possible margin of error. With a minimum content of 1.3% active iodine (equivalent to 13,000 ppm), this reddish-brown liquid solution combines the oxidizing power of iodine with the stability and complete solubility that only a professional iodophor formulation offers. The word "iodophor" refers to a molecular complex in which elemental iodine (I₂) is bound to a solubilizing agent that acts as a carrier and reservoir, releasing active iodine gradually and in a controlled way when it comes into contact with the dilution water. This progressive release is what sets Iodactive 1.3% apart both from traditional tincture of iodine, which releases all of its iodine content immediately, volatilizing quickly and staining su…

Product description: 1.5% stabilized iodophor for disinfecting surfaces and equipment At Quimiconsult we offer Iodactive 1.5%, a concentrated stabilized iodophor formulated for professional sanitizing applications in industrial, food, veterinary and agricultural settings. With a minimum content of 1.5% active iodine, this reddish-brown liquid solution harnesses the oxidizing power of iodine to quickly and effectively eliminate Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, filamentous fungi, yeasts and even certain protozoa present on surfaces, equipment and process water. The term "iodophor" refers to the molecular complex that combines elemental iodine (I₂) with a solubilizing agent that acts as a reservoir, releasing the active iodine in a controlled, gradual way. This mechanism is what sets Iodactive 1.5% apart from traditional tincture of iodine or pure iodine: while free iodine volatilizes quickly and tends to stain work surfaces, the stabilized iodophor dissolves completely in water…

Description of the 5% concentrated iodophor for professional disinfection At Quimiconsult we offer Iodactive® 5%, a concentrated iodophor in our portfolio of iodine-based biocides. With a minimum of 50,000 ppm of active iodine (5 %), this product is designed for operations that demand maximum yield per liter of concentrate: large-scale industrial plants, livestock biosecurity programs across multiple facilities, sanitation service companies and distributors that need a high-potency base product to prepare significant volumes of disinfectant solution. Iodactive® 5% is a biocide that delivers excellent stability and high solubility in aqueous media. It acts on a wide range of microorganisms, including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungi and yeasts, with instant action on contact. Its formulation lowers the surface tension of water, helping the disinfectant penetrate cracks, pores, joints and irregular surfaces where microorganisms find protection, a property that sets it apa…

Description of 2% disinfectant iodine for industrial use At Quimiconsult we offer Iodactive 2%, a concentrated stabilized iodophor that is the ideal middle ground in our line of iodine solutions for professional disinfection. With a minimum content of 2% active iodine (equivalent to 20,000 ppm), this product combines a concentration sufficient for medium- and high-volume operations with practical dosing that makes it easy to prepare working solutions without requiring extremely precise measurements. 2% iodine is a dark reddish liquid, completely soluble in water, that acts as a strong oxidizer against pathogenic microorganisms instantly on contact. Its stabilized formulation maintains disinfecting efficiency even in very hard water and under variable temperature conditions, situations common in food processing plants, municipal slaughterhouses, dairy barns and poultry farms where operating conditions are rarely tightly controlled. Unlike iodine tinctures or free iodine, Iodactive 2% d…
