Anticel Peracetic Acid 15% performs excellently against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses and resistant structures such as endospores and mold spores. Its mechanism of action is based on oxidizing the outer cell membrane through electron transfer…

Dioxel® 10% description — High-Performance Odorless Chlorinated Biocide   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Dioxel® 10%, a high-performance chlorinated biocide —a broad-spectrum bactericide and fungicide— formulated for disinfection in the food industry and water treatment, with the feature that sets the Dioxel® 10% line apart: it is odorless at proper use doses. Dioxel® 10% is the most concentrated version of the line, with an active content of 9.75 to 10.25% (available chlorine), roughly double that of Dioxel® 5%. It is a translucent, slightly amber, low-foam liquid that is highly soluble in water and stable. Its formula is wetting and penetrating, so it ensures disinfection even on microporous surfaces, crevices and joints where microorganisms and biofilms hide beyond the reach of a simple rinse.   Being more concentrated, Dioxel® 10% delivers higher yield per liter: less product is needed to reach the same target available-chlorine concentration, which reduces the volume to handle, t…

Product description, Alkaplus detergent for industrial cleaning At Quimiconsult we offer Alkaplus self-foaming alkaline detergent, a high-performance concentrated solution designed for industrial cleaning processes that demand maximum efficiency in removing grease, protein, organic matter and biofilm. Alkaplus detergent combines a powerful alkaline base with short-chain surfactants that penetrate microcracks and coupling parts, achieving a deep clean that conventional detergents cannot reach. Unlike other industrial cleaners that rely on chlorinated agents, Alkaplus detergent is chlorine-free, which significantly reduces corrosion damage to equipment, metal surfaces and facilities. Its formulation produces a dense, stable foam with prolonged adhesion to vertical and hard-to-reach surfaces, allowing enough contact time for complete saponification of grease and organic matter and avoiding costly reprocessing and production downtime. Alkaplus is ideal for meat and dairy processing plants…

Product Description: 1.3% Stabilized Iodophor for Controlled Sanitization of Surfaces, Equipment and Water At Quimiconsult we offer Iodactive 1.3%, a concentrated stabilized iodophor designed for disinfection applications that require precise dosing control with the smallest possible margin of error. With a minimum content of 1.3% active iodine (equivalent to 13,000 ppm), this reddish-brown liquid solution combines the oxidizing power of iodine with the stability and complete solubility that only a professional iodophor formulation offers. The word "iodophor" refers to a molecular complex in which elemental iodine (I₂) is bound to a solubilizing agent that acts as a carrier and reservoir, releasing active iodine gradually and in a controlled way when it comes into contact with the dilution water. This progressive release is what sets Iodactive 1.3% apart both from traditional tincture of iodine, which releases all of its iodine content immediately, volatilizing quickly and staining su…

Product description: 1.5% stabilized iodophor for disinfecting surfaces and equipment At Quimiconsult we offer Iodactive 1.5%, a concentrated stabilized iodophor formulated for professional sanitizing applications in industrial, food, veterinary and agricultural settings. With a minimum content of 1.5% active iodine, this reddish-brown liquid solution harnesses the oxidizing power of iodine to quickly and effectively eliminate Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, filamentous fungi, yeasts and even certain protozoa present on surfaces, equipment and process water. The term "iodophor" refers to the molecular complex that combines elemental iodine (I₂) with a solubilizing agent that acts as a reservoir, releasing the active iodine in a controlled, gradual way. This mechanism is what sets Iodactive 1.5% apart from traditional tincture of iodine or pure iodine: while free iodine volatilizes quickly and tends to stain work surfaces, the stabilized iodophor dissolves completely in water…
