Bleaching Agents for Industrial Cleaning

Dioxel® 10% description — High-Performance Odorless Chlorinated Biocide   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Dioxel® 10%, a high-performance chlorinated biocide —a broad-spectrum bactericide and fungicide— formulated for disinfection in the food industry and water treatment, with the feature that sets the Dioxel® 10% line apart: it is odorless at proper use doses. Dioxel® 10% is the most concentrated version of the line, with an active content of 9.75 to 10.25% (available chlorine), roughly double that of Dioxel® 5%. It is a translucent, slightly amber, low-foam liquid that is highly soluble in water and stable. Its formula is wetting and penetrating, so it ensures disinfection even on microporous surfaces, crevices and joints where microorganisms and biofilms hide beyond the reach of a simple rinse.   Being more concentrated, Dioxel® 10% delivers higher yield per liter: less product is needed to reach the same target available-chlorine concentration, which reduces the volume to handle, t…

Sodium Chlorite 80% — High-Purity Concentrated Oxidizing Powder At Quimiconsult we offer Sodium Chlorite 80% as a high-purity concentrated powder, widely recognized worldwide as one of the most effective and economical oxidizing and bleaching agents available to industry. It is supplied as a slightly amber to yellowish crystalline powder, with a characteristic faint chlorine odor, completely soluble in water, with a minimum concentration of 80% sodium chlorite (NaClO₂) and controlled contents of sodium chloride (11.0–19.0%), sodium hydroxide (maximum 3.0%) and water (maximum 6.0%), parameters that guarantee both the oxidizing strength and the chemical purity required for critical industrial applications. Its CAS number is 7758-19-2.  Sodium chlorite powder is a strong industrial oxidizing agent widely used as a selective bleach, as an oxidizing agent in controlled chemical processes, and as a specialty input in the paper, textile, industrial water treatment and advanced chemical proce…

Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide 50%: A High-Purity Oxidizing Agent for Industrial and Food Safety Processes At Quimiconsult we offer food grade hydrogen peroxide 50%, a high-purity oxidizer designed for applications that require effective microbiological control, uniform bleaching power and reliable chemical performance in regulated industrial processes. It is a clear, colorless, slightly viscous liquid, fully miscible in water and formulated under strict purity controls that allow its safe use in operations linked to the food industry, water treatment, chemical synthesis and professional sanitation. One of the most important characteristics of hydrogen peroxide is its ability to break down into water and oxygen without generating toxic by-products or persistent residues, which makes it a highly valued alternative in cleaning and food safety systems that seek microbiological efficiency with an environmentally compatible profile. This property makes it a key agent in processes where conta…

Dioxel® 5% Description — High-Performance Odorless Chlorinated Biocide   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Dioxel® 5%, a high-performance chlorinated biocide — a broad-spectrum bactericide and fungicide — formulated for disinfection in the food industry and water treatment, with one distinguishing feature: it is odorless at proper use doses. Dioxel® 5% is a slightly amber, low-foam liquid, highly soluble in water and stable, with a minimum active content of 5% (available chlorine). Its formula is wetting and penetrating, so it ensures disinfection even on microporous surfaces, crevices and joints where microorganisms and biofilms hide beyond the reach of a simple rinse.   What sets Dioxel® 5% apart from conventional chlorine is precisely its odorless profile at the use dose: traditional hypochlorite leaves the characteristic chlorine smell that can transfer to food or bother staff, while Dioxel® 5% completes its bactericidal action without leaving any residual odor or taste when the dose…

DXL 100 Description — High-Performance Stabilized Chlorine Dioxide Disinfectant for Surfaces and Equipment in the Food Industry   At Quimiconsult we manufacture DXL 100, a high-performance disinfectant, an alternative to conventional chlorine dioxide, for surfaces, equipment and facilities in the food industry in Mexico. DXL 100 is a stabilized chlorine dioxide solution with 10% active chlorine (active content of 9.75 to 10.25%), a broad-spectrum bactericide and fungicide with wetting and penetrating action, formulated for post-cleaning disinfection in dairy plants, packing plants, fruit and vegetable processors and bottling plants.   DXL 100 is supplied as a slightly amber liquid, ready to be pre-diluted in water without releasing vapors, which makes it a practical way to bring the oxidizing action of chlorine dioxide into the plant without relying on on-site generation equipment. Its low-foam profile makes it ideal for flooding and circulation in equipment, tanks and lines, and its …
