Detergents for Metalworking

Product description, Alkaplus detergent for industrial cleaning At Quimiconsult we offer Alkaplus self-foaming alkaline detergent, a high-performance concentrated solution designed for industrial cleaning processes that demand maximum efficiency in removing grease, protein, organic matter and biofilm. Alkaplus detergent combines a powerful alkaline base with short-chain surfactants that penetrate microcracks and coupling parts, achieving a deep clean that conventional detergents cannot reach. Unlike other industrial cleaners that rely on chlorinated agents, Alkaplus detergent is chlorine-free, which significantly reduces corrosion damage to equipment, metal surfaces and facilities. Its formulation produces a dense, stable foam with prolonged adhesion to vertical and hard-to-reach surfaces, allowing enough contact time for complete saponification of grease and organic matter and avoiding costly reprocessing and production downtime. Alkaplus is ideal for meat and dairy processing plants…

Description of Alkaplus Foam Lite — Self-Foaming Alkaline Degreasing Detergent (Medium Alkalinity)   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Alkaplus Foam Lite, a concentrated, self-foaming, medium-alkalinity alkaline degreasing detergent, formulated to remove grease and protein residues from production equipment, work tables, utensils, molds, facility surfaces, cages, livestock transport equipment, and process and storage tanks in the meat and dairy processing industries and, in general, any processing industry that handles fat and protein. As a chlorine-free alkaline degreasing soap, Alkaplus Foam Lite dissolves animal and vegetable fat with its short-chain surfactants and alkaline capacity, without leaving corrosive chemical residue and without losing effectiveness in very hard water.   Alkaplus Foam Lite is a medium-alkalinity liquid detergent (alkalinity 2.0 to 5.0%; pH 11.0 to 12.0 in a 1.0% solution) with high foam formation. Its self-foaming nature generates a dense foam layer that cli…

Alkaflow CL Description — Chlorinated Alkaline Detergent for CIP Cleaning in the Food Industry   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Alkaflow CL, a high-performance chlorinated alkaline detergent formulated especially for CIP (Clean in Place) cleaning by closed-loop recirculation, spraying or immersion, aimed at removing fat and protein from process surfaces in the food, dairy and beverage industries. Alkaflow CL combines a powerful alkaline base (minimum alkalinity of 20%) with available chlorine (2.0 to 3.0%) and a system of additives, wetting agents and dispersants that enhance its performance, achieving deep cleaning of the organic soil film —saturated fat, oils, denatured protein, surface milkstone and biofilm— and leaving equipment hygienic and ready for the sanitization stage.   Alkaflow CL is designed as the alkaline detergent of the CIP cycle: its controlled foam profile and wetting-dispersing system make it suitable for recirculation in the closed circuits of pasteurizers, silos,…

Product description: Lactac, our in-house acid descaling detergent At Quimiconsult we manufacture Lactac, a high-performance concentrated acid detergent formulated with phosphoric acid for the removal of mineral scale, limescale, fats and proteins in pasteurizers, milk coolers, conveying pipes, heat exchangers, evaporators, process and storage tanks, as well as polyethylene and stainless steel equipment in the food industry. Lactac is especially recommended for the dairy, meat and processed meats industries —production equipment, crates, molds and facility surfaces— where the buildup of milk stone, calcium and magnesium salts, and mineral residues compromises both hygiene and the thermal efficiency of the equipment. As direct manufacturers from our plant in Monterrey, Nuevo León, we control every stage of formulation and production under a certified SQF (Safe Quality Food) quality management system; in addition, Lactac is certified by NSF International and holds current Kosher certifi…

Lactac Flow Description — Acid CIP Detergent for Removing Scale and Organic Matter   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Lactac Flow —also known simply as Lactac in its low-foam version—, a concentrated low-foam acid detergent formulated specifically for CIP (Clean in Place) systems in the food industry. With an acidity of 25.0 to 30.0%, Lactac Flow combines the dissolving action of acid on mineral scale with low-foam surfactants that remove organic matter by denaturation-precipitation, keep it in suspension to prevent redeposition, and leave the surface completely clean with a protective layer that temporarily prevents oxidation. It is recommended for removing scale in pasteurizers, coolers, transfer lines, process and storage tanks, and polyethylene and stainless steel equipment, as well as in the meat industry (production equipment, crates and facility surfaces).   Its low-foam profile is a non-negotiable requirement for CIP systems: excess foam in recirculation circuits interferes with…

Neutra Foam description — Self-Foaming Neutral Degreasing Detergent   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Neutra Foam, a highly versatile concentrated self-foaming neutral detergent formulated to remove organic matter —fats, proteins and process residues— from production equipment, work tables, utensils, molds, facility surfaces and process and storage tanks in the meat, beverage, brewing and dairy industries and, in general, any food processing industry. Neutra Foam effectively removes organic matter without requiring chlorine and, because it is a mild product, it can be applied by hand without protective equipment, which simplifies handling and training for cleaning staff.   Neutra Foam is a neutral liquid detergent with a pH of 7.0 to 9.0 (in a 5% solution), placing it in the category of neutral pH detergents: unlike strong alkalis or acids, a neutral detergent is less aggressive on surfaces, coatings, rubber and sealing materials, and is even suitable on sensitive metals such as alumin…
