Product Description: Xanthan Gum 80 Mesh Thickener and Stabilizer At Quimiconsult we offer Xanthan Gum 80 Mesh, a high-molecular-weight biopolymer produced by bacterial fermentation of Xanthomonas campestris that provides versatile, high-performance rheology control across a wide range of industrial applications. As specialized distributors of functional ingredients for the food, cleaning, agro-industrial, oil and coatings industries, we guarantee a steady supply of premium-quality xanthan gum with technical support and full traceability for every lot. Xanthan Gum 80 Mesh is characterized by its standard particle size, with a minimum of 95% of particles passing through 80 mesh (180 microns) and 100% passing through 60 mesh (250 microns). This particle size offers an excellent balance between ease of dispersion and convenience of handling in the plant, generating less fine dust during dosing and bag-emptying operations than finer particle sizes. This makes 80 Mesh the preferred grade f…

Product description: Xanthan Gum 200 Mesh thickener and stabilizer At Quimiconsult we offer Xanthan Gum 200 Mesh, a high-molecular-weight biopolymer produced by bacterial fermentation of Xanthomonas campestris that provides versatile rheology control across a wide range of industrial applications. As specialized distributors of functional ingredients for the food, cleaning, agro-industrial and oil industries, we guarantee a steady supply of high-quality xanthan gum with technical support and full traceability for every batch. Xanthan gum is an extracellular polysaccharide that dissolves easily in cold or hot water to form highly viscous solutions even at very low concentrations, typically between 0.1% and 1.0%. This superior thickening capacity sets xanthan gum apart from other hydrocolloids that require heating or significantly higher concentrations to reach comparable viscosities. The 200 Mesh designation indicates that a minimum of 92% of the particles pass through a 200 mesh scree…

USP Grade Propylene Glycol Description At Quimiconsult we offer USP propylene glycol, a pharmaceutical-grade organic compound with the chemical formula C₃H₈O₂, also known as 1,2-propanediol or by its food additive code E1520. It is a clear, colorless, slightly viscous and virtually odorless liquid, with a minimum purity of 99.5% and complete miscibility in water and alcohol. Its CAS number is 57-55-6 and its molecular weight is 76.09 g/mol. Product description: Sodium Propionate, food grade food preservative At Quimiconsult we distribute fine powder Sodium Propionate (CH3‑CH2‑COONa), a food grade food preservative recognized worldwide for its ability to inhibit the growth of molds and fungi in bakery, tortilla, pastry and a wide variety of processed food products. Sodium Propionate acts as a contact antifungal agent that interferes with the enzymatic metabolism of filamentous fungi, preventing their proliferation without affecting the organoleptic characteristics of the final product or altering yeast fermentation processes. Unlike other food preservatives that can inhibit the activity of biological yeasts, Sodium Propionate is fully compatible with fermentation processes, which makes it the preservative of choice for the baking industry. This compatibility means that bakers and formulators can add it directly to the dough without adjusting fermentation times, yeast quantities or process conditions, maintaining the quali…
