CIP & COP Cleaning for Pharmaceuticals & Wellness

Description of Iodine Pearls USP At Quimiconsult we offer USP grade IODINE PEARLS, a high-purity biocide composed of solid elemental iodine supplied in the form of pearls with a minimum iodine assay of 99.5%. This material is mainly used as a raw material and chemical intermediate in the formulation of iodophor products, industrial disinfection solutions and other systems that require a reliable source of active iodine. The pearl form allows safer handling and more controlled dosing than fine powders, while its low impurity level contributes to consistent performance in industrial and formulation processes. Iodine pearls USP stand out for their high active iodine content and relatively low volatility, which allows a stable, predictable antimicrobial effect when incorporated into suitable matrices (for example, iodophors). These characteristics, together with a maximum non-volatile residue of 0.01%, make the product suitable for industrial, pharmaceutical, veterinary and food industry …

Saniflow Base Description — Acid Concentrate for CIP Sanitizer (Dual-Function Formulation Base)   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Saniflow Base, an acid concentrate for producing dual-function CIP (Clean in Place) sanitizers. It is a formulation product (raw material), not a ready-to-use sanitizer: it is designed for manufacturers of industrial cleaning products —and for plants that formulate their own solutions on site— to make their CIP acid sanitizer by combining Saniflow Base with nitric acid and/or sulfuric acid. Its proprietary blend of fatty acids and low-foam surfactants provides the biocidal and descaling fraction of the finished product: in the recirculation phase, it removes scale and eliminates 100% of the remaining microorganisms, with biocidal action in seconds that penetrates even microcracks and coupling parts.   Saniflow Base is a colorless liquid with a minimum acidity of 25%, a pH of 1.50 to 3.50 (in a 1% solution) and a density of 0.95 to 1.50, with a low-foam profi…

Saniflow Description — Dual-Function CIP Sanitizer: Descaling Action and Biocidal Action   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Saniflow, a dual-function CIP (Clean in Place) sanitizer based on perpropionic acid that combines the acid detergent phase and the disinfection phase in a single product and a single recirculation. In the acid phase, its unique blend of fatty acids and low-foam surfactants removes scale (descaling action) and, at the same time, eliminates 100% of the remaining microorganisms (biocidal action). Its short-chain surfactants enable biocidal action within seconds and a descaling action that reaches even microcracks and fittings. With a minimum total acidity of 30%, a pH of 1.50 to 3.50 (in a 1% solution) and a low-foam profile, Saniflow is designed for CIP cleaning and disinfection in the food, dairy and beverage industries.   Saniflow optimizes the CIP program: it does the job of an acid detergent and a disinfectant with a single product. Instead of running an acid det…
