Disinfection & Sanitization for Food & Beverages

Product description, Anticel Oxy 5% peracetic acid industrial disinfectant At Quimiconsult we produce Anticel Oxy, a 5% peracetic acid solution with a high hydrogen peroxide content (minimum 26%), formulated to deliver a dual oxidizing action that combines the biocidal efficacy of peracetic acid with the disinfecting and bleaching power of hydrogen peroxide. This formulation, unique within our Anticel line, is designed for industrial disinfection, sanitization and microbiological control applications that call for a product that is easier to handle than higher concentrations of peracetic acid, yet with a total oxidizing capacity that exceeds what its PAA concentration alone might suggest. Anticel Oxy is a broad-spectrum biocide with excellent performance against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses and resistant structures such as endospores and mold spores. Its action is instantaneous on contact with the protective cell structures of microorganisms, includ…

Product description: Anticel Peracetic Acid 10%, industrial disinfectant At Quimiconsult we manufacture Anticel Peracetic Acid 10%, a broad-spectrum biocide formulated with a minimum peracetic acid concentration of 10%, designed for professional disinfection applications in the food, livestock, agro-industrial, pharmaceutical and water treatment industries. As the direct manufacturer of this sanitizer, we have full control of the production process, from raw material selection to final packaging, ensuring consistency in every lot delivered. Anticel Peracetic Acid 10% acts instantly on contact with the protective cell structures of microorganisms, simultaneously attacking the cell wall and the cell membrane and deactivating basic cellular metabolic functions involved in protein synthesis. Its performance is proven against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses and resistant structures such as bacterial endospores and mold spores. Its mechanism of action is bas…

Product description, Anticel Peracetic Acid 20% high-concentration industrial disinfectant At Quimiconsult we produce Anticel Peracetic Acid 20%, our highest-concentration peracetic acid formulation, designed for large-scale industrial operations that require maximum yield per kilogram of product and superior biocidal capacity. With a minimum concentration of 20% peracetic acid, this direct food contact sanitizer offers the highest dosing efficiency in our Anticel line, allowing a significantly larger volume of use solution to be prepared from each unit purchased compared with lower-concentration formulations. Anticel Peracetic Acid 20% is a broad-spectrum biocide that acts instantly on contact with the protective cellular structures of microorganisms, including the cell wall and cell membrane, while also deactivating basic cellular metabolic functions involved in protein synthesis. It performs excellently against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses and re…

Saniflow Description — Dual-Function CIP Sanitizer: Descaling Action and Biocidal Action   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Saniflow, a dual-function CIP (Clean in Place) sanitizer based on perpropionic acid that combines the acid detergent phase and the disinfection phase in a single product and a single recirculation. In the acid phase, its unique blend of fatty acids and low-foam surfactants removes scale (descaling action) and, at the same time, eliminates 100% of the remaining microorganisms (biocidal action). Its short-chain surfactants enable biocidal action within seconds and a descaling action that reaches even microcracks and fittings. With a minimum total acidity of 30%, a pH of 1.50 to 3.50 (in a 1% solution) and a low-foam profile, Saniflow is designed for CIP cleaning and disinfection in the food, dairy and beverage industries.   Saniflow optimizes the CIP program: it does the job of an acid detergent and a disinfectant with a single product. Instead of running an acid det…

Professional Formula for Hand Disinfection At Quimiconsult we make Dioxel Antibacterial Gel, our in-house hydroalcoholic gel formulation for hygienic hand disinfection in industrial, food, institutional and personal care settings. Dioxel is a colorless, transparent gel with a 70% alcohol concentration and nonionic surfactants that ensure biocidal performance, in line with internationally recommended alcohol levels for waterless hand antisepsis. Its germicidal action works through a dual mechanism: the alcohol destroys the bacterial cell wall, exposing the cytoplasm and inhibiting cellular activity in less than 30 seconds, and against viruses it destroys the protective lipid envelope, exposing the nucleic acids and deactivating the infective part. When applied correctly, Dioxel is formulated to eliminate 99.999% of the microorganisms susceptible to this type of antiseptic (vegetative bacteria, fungi and lipid-enveloped viruses). Quimiconsult develops and manufactures Dioxel at its SQF-…

Dioxel Antibacterial Solution — Hand Antiseptic (Chlorhexidine + 70% Alcohol)   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Dioxel Antibacterial Solution, a liquid hand-hygiene antiseptic formulated with 0.5% chlorhexidine gluconate and 70% ethyl alcohol. This combination gives it an irreplaceable dual action: the 70% alcohol acts immediately to eliminate microorganisms on the skin, while the chlorhexidine provides a persistent effect that lasts for hours —an advantage over alcohol-only antiseptics, whose action ends as soon as they evaporate. Dioxel sanitizes hands without drying the skin, leaves a pleasant feel and has a characteristic alcohol fragrance.   Dioxel is a colorless, clear, fast-absorbing hydroalcoholic solution with a pH of 7.5 to 8.5 and a density of 0.80 to 0.90 g/mL. Its formula destroys the bacterial cell wall —exposing the cytoplasm and inhibiting cellular activity in less than 30 seconds— and also acts on lipid-enveloped viruses, destroying their protective capsule and deactiv…

Product description, Anticel® Food peracetic acid disinfectant for the meat and poultry industry At Quimiconsult we produce Anticel® Food, a specialized 15% peracetic acid formulation designed specifically for disinfection applications in direct contact with food, with a particular focus on the meat and poultry industry. Unlike conventional peracetic acids, Anticel® Food incorporates acidity self-regulation technology in aqueous media that solves one of the most common and costly problems faced by meat and poultry processing plants: the over-coloring and discoloration of carcasses in areas with bruises and hematomas caused by the action of standard peracetic acid. Anticel® Food is a broad-spectrum biocide with excellent performance against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses and resistant structures such as endospores and mold spores. Its action is instantaneous on contact with the protective cell structures of microorganisms, including the cell wall and c…

Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide 50%: A High-Purity Oxidizing Agent for Industrial and Food Safety Processes At Quimiconsult we offer food grade hydrogen peroxide 50%, a high-purity oxidizer designed for applications that require effective microbiological control, uniform bleaching power and reliable chemical performance in regulated industrial processes. It is a clear, colorless, slightly viscous liquid, fully miscible in water and formulated under strict purity controls that allow its safe use in operations linked to the food industry, water treatment, chemical synthesis and professional sanitation. One of the most important characteristics of hydrogen peroxide is its ability to break down into water and oxygen without generating toxic by-products or persistent residues, which makes it a highly valued alternative in cleaning and food safety systems that seek microbiological efficiency with an environmentally compatible profile. This property makes it a key agent in processes where conta…
