Detergents for Agrochemicals

Lactac Flow Description — Acid CIP Detergent for Removing Scale and Organic Matter   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Lactac Flow —also known simply as Lactac in its low-foam version—, a concentrated low-foam acid detergent formulated specifically for CIP (Clean in Place) systems in the food industry. With an acidity of 25.0 to 30.0%, Lactac Flow combines the dissolving action of acid on mineral scale with low-foam surfactants that remove organic matter by denaturation-precipitation, keep it in suspension to prevent redeposition, and leave the surface completely clean with a protective layer that temporarily prevents oxidation. It is recommended for removing scale in pasteurizers, coolers, transfer lines, process and storage tanks, and polyethylene and stainless steel equipment, as well as in the meat industry (production equipment, crates and facility surfaces).   Its low-foam profile is a non-negotiable requirement for CIP systems: excess foam in recirculation circuits interferes with…

Neutra Foam description — Self-Foaming Neutral Degreasing Detergent   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Neutra Foam, a highly versatile concentrated self-foaming neutral detergent formulated to remove organic matter —fats, proteins and process residues— from production equipment, work tables, utensils, molds, facility surfaces and process and storage tanks in the meat, beverage, brewing and dairy industries and, in general, any food processing industry. Neutra Foam effectively removes organic matter without requiring chlorine and, because it is a mild product, it can be applied by hand without protective equipment, which simplifies handling and training for cleaning staff.   Neutra Foam is a neutral liquid detergent with a pH of 7.0 to 9.0 (in a 5% solution), placing it in the category of neutral pH detergents: unlike strong alkalis or acids, a neutral detergent is less aggressive on surfaces, coatings, rubber and sealing materials, and is even suitable on sensitive metals such as alumin…

Plurasurf Description — Anionic Dispersant for Mineral Dispersion and Suspension in Fertilizers and Fertigation   At Quimiconsult we offer Plurasurf, a highly effective anionic dispersant for mineral dispersion and suspension, with excellent performance in suspending calcium and magnesium, among other minerals applied through fertigation. Plurasurf is an amber liquid with 100% active ingredient, functional in aqueous systems and versatile across a wide pH range.   In fertigation, the minerals applied with the irrigation water tend to precipitate, settle in mixing tanks and clog filters, pipes and drippers. Plurasurf keeps these minerals dispersed and in suspension, so they reach the crop evenly and the irrigation system stays clean. That is why it is used as an anionic mineral dispersant, fertilizer additive, suspension aid and soil nutrient.   For anyone looking for a fertilizer dispersant, a calcium and magnesium suspension aid, a fertigation dispersant or an additive for liquid fer…

Product description: industrial grade sodium lauryl ether sulfate At Quimiconsult we offer Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLES) 28%, also known as Sodium Laureth Sulfate / SLES 28%, an anionic surfactant supplied as a colorless to slightly yellow viscous liquid with a characteristic odor, formulated with a minimum of 28% active matter for industrial and formulation applications. This surfactant stands out for its high foaming capacity, excellent detergency and high compatibility with other surfactants, making it a key base in cleaning and personal care systems that need to remove grease and dirt, emulsify oils, improve rinse-off and deliver a clean feel without compromising the stability of the final product. Its performance makes it a fundamental ingredient in shampoos, body washes, liquid soaps, liquid detergents and all-purpose cleaners, either as the primary surfactant or as part of synergies with amphoteric and nonionic surfactants to adjust foam, viscosity and mildness. If you ar…

Surfad Forte, nonionic surfactant blend, slightly turbid liquid, 100% active. Designed as a dispersing, wetting, and emulsifying agent in various formulations. Improves the appearance of the final product and prevents precipitate formation. Its excellent compatibility makes it suitable for complex systems or those with multiple active ingredients. Applications: cosmetic formulations, cleaning products, agrochemicals, and industrial solutions requiring uniform dispersion and efficient wetting. Properties: pH 5.5–8.0 (1% solution), specific gravity 1.00–1.50, shelf life of one year. Also known as: nonionic surfactant blend, wetti…

USP Glycerin Description At Quimiconsult we offer USP Glycerin, a pharmaceutical-grade polyol with the chemical formula C₃H₈O₃, also known as glycerol, 1,2,3-propanetriol or by its food additive code E-422. It is a clear, colorless, odorless, highly viscous liquid with a characteristic sweet taste, with a minimum purity of 99.7% anhydrous glycerin and complete miscibility in water and alcohol. Its CAS number is 56-81-5, its EINECS number is 200-289-5 and its molecular weight is 92.10 g/mol. USP Glycerin stands out as one of the most versatile and valuable ingredients in industry, functioning simultaneously as a humectant, emollient, solvent, preservative, sweetener, plasticizer and carrier for active ingredients. Its molecular structure, made up of three hydroxyl groups (-OH) attached to a three-carbon chain, is responsible for its extraordinary hygroscopic capacity: it attracts and retains up to the equivalent of 20% of its own weight in ambient moisture, a property that makes it the…

Self-foaming surfactant compound for the effective removal and dispersion of vegetable or animal fat and oil. The composition and stability of Neutra Foam allows for effective protein removal.

Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate 70% Product Description At Quimiconsult we offer Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (LESS) 70%, also known as Sodium Laureth Sulfate / SLES 70%, an ethoxylated anionic surfactant supplied as a viscous paste or semi-solid gel, white to slightly yellow in color, with a characteristic odor and a minimum active matter content of 70%. With CAS number 68585-34-2, this surfactant is the concentrated version of LESS, designed for formulators and industries that need greater dosing flexibility, lower shipping cost per active unit and the ability to adjust the final concentration directly in the plant according to the needs of each formulation. LESS 70% is the most widely used anionic surfactant in the world for formulating personal care products and cleaning systems. Its popularity stems from a combination of properties that few surfactants manage to bring together in a single ingredient: high foaming capacity with abundant, fine and stable foam; excellent detergency for r…
