Iodactive® 20% Stabilized Iodine 20 % Description At Quimiconsult we offer Iodactive® 20% (20 % Iodophor), a stabilized industrial iodine formulated as a high-performance proprietary biocidal blend for professional disinfection, sanitization and microbiological control applications. Iodactive® 20% (20 % Iodophor) comes as a dark reddish liquid, characteristic of its high iodine concentration, and is designed to work as a concentrated, reliable and stable source of active iodine, enabling the preparation of homogeneous, reproducible final solutions with sustained antimicrobial protection. The Iodactive® 20% (20 % Iodophor) formulation was developed drawing on Quimiconsult’s technical expertise in iodophor systems, prioritizing the stabilization of active iodine to prevent losses from volatilization, premature degradation or inactivation, phenomena common in non-stabilized iodine solutions. This formulation engineering translates into permanent protection during use, ensuring that the …

Product description: Udderzyme® Prime OX teat pre-dip for teat disinfection At Quimiconsult we manufacture Udderzyme® Prime OX, a hydrogen peroxide-based pre-dip formulated as an aid in teat disinfection before milking. Udderzyme® Prime OX is applied to the cow's teat as part of the milking routine, before attaching the milking unit, in order to eliminate pathogenic and environmental microorganisms that accumulate on the teat skin between milkings. By reducing the microbial load right before milking, Udderzyme® Prime OX helps prevent environmental mastitis, improve the hygienic quality of the milk and avoid contamination of the finished product. As direct manufacturers under a certified SQF (Safe Quality Food)quality management system, we control every lot and provide supporting documentation, with availability from our plant in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and shipping throughout Mexico. Hydrogen peroxide is a broad-spectrum oxidizing biocide that acts on bacteria, fungi and yeasts present…

Udderzyme Activator is an orange liquid with a characteristic odor, designed to combine with Udderzyme® Barrier Base to release chlorine dioxide, generating a powerful disinfectant action within 4–6 seconds. It has a pH between 3.0 and 4.0 (1% solution) and a density of 0.96 g/cm³. In addition to enhancing the biocidal action of the system, its emollients help maintain skin in good condition, preventing irritation or mechanical damage. Both components must be mixed in a 1:1 ratio and allowed to rest for one hour before being applied as a barrier sealant before and after milking. Available in Monterrey, with shipping throughout …

Udderzyme® Barrier Base is a translucent liquid with a characteristic odor, formulated as part of the immediate-reaction barrier sealant system for the control of contagious mastitis. It contains chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) as the active ingredient, which is released when combined with UdderZyme Activator, generating an instant biocidal action. Its pH, in a 1% solution, ranges between 10.0 and 11.0, with a density of 0.95 g/cm³. It acts effectively in the elimination of bacteria, fungi, yeasts, and viruses. Udderzyme® Shield Description — Fast-Acting, Broad-Spectrum Biocidal Teat Sealant   At Quimiconsult we offer Udderzyme® Shield, a next-generation fast-acting, broad-spectrum biocidal sealant formulated with the Factor-3 system and more than 6,000 ppm of active iodine. It is a clear liquid (density 0.97 – 1.0 g/cc; pH 4.5 – 5.5 in a 1% solution) designed for teat dipping after milking (post-dipping), where it acts both as a contact biocide and as a barrier sealant that protects the teat canal during the interval between milkings. It is designed to reduce the mastitis case rate and its cost per treatment.   Its high concentration of active iodine, combined with the short-chain nonionic surfactants of the Factor-3 system, gives it a germicidal action that kills microorganisms within 30 seconds of contact, even in the presence of contaminating solids from bedding or the environment. In the microbial challenge reported in the technical data sheet, Udderzyme® Shield proved 99.99% effective …

Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide 50%: A High-Purity Oxidizing Agent for Industrial and Food Safety Processes At Quimiconsult we offer food grade hydrogen peroxide 50%, a high-purity oxidizer designed for applications that require effective microbiological control, uniform bleaching power and reliable chemical performance in regulated industrial processes. It is a clear, colorless, slightly viscous liquid, fully miscible in water and formulated under strict purity controls that allow its safe use in operations linked to the food industry, water treatment, chemical synthesis and professional sanitation. One of the most important characteristics of hydrogen peroxide is its ability to break down into water and oxygen without generating toxic by-products or persistent residues, which makes it a highly valued alternative in cleaning and food safety systems that seek microbiological efficiency with an environmentally compatible profile. This property makes it a key agent in processes where conta…

Optisan 100 Description — Fast-Acting, Broad-Spectrum 1% PHMB Biocide for Surface Disinfection   At Quimiconsult we offer Optisan 100, a fast-acting, broad-spectrum biocide formulated with 1% PHMB (polyhexamethylene biguanide) in an alcohol-based solution, developed for surface disinfection in the food and beverage industry, hospitals, veterinary establishments and livestock facilities. Optisan 100 is active against bacteria, yeasts and amoebae —including Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, Escherichia coli O157:H7, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Legionella pneumophila— and, thanks to its specific mode of action, microorganisms do not develop resistance to it.   What sets it apart from other disinfectants is its high wetting power: Optisan 100 lowers surface tension and increases the contact area, carrying its biocidal action into the microcracks of equipment, tables and conveyors, where the microorganisms that survive conventional cleaning take refuge. Its alcohol …
