Udderzyme Base is a translucent liquid with a characteristic odor, formulated as part of the immediate-reaction barrier sealant system for the control of contagious mastitis. It contains chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) as the active ingredient, which is released when combined with UdderZyme Activator, generating an instant biocidal action. Its pH, in a 1% solution, ranges between 10.0 and 11.0, with a density of 0.95 g/cm³. It acts effectively in the elimination of bacteria, fungi, yeasts, and viruses.
