PVP K30 USP/NF 26 GRADE FILM-FORMING POLYMER

PVP K30 USP/NF 26 film-forming grade. Povidone K30 in white granular powder with a K value between 27.0 and 32.4. Amorphous, hygroscopic, linear, and non-ionic polymer, highly soluble in water and organic solvents, with stable pH. Forms transparent, glossy, and resistant films with adhesive, cohesive, and dispersive properties. Applications: adhesives, ceramics, glass and fiberglass, coatings, fibers and textiles, pulp and paper, polymerization processes, and water treatment. Properties: active content according to K value 27.0–32.4, pH (5% solution) 3.0–7.0, maximum moisture 5.0%, maximum ignition residue 0.10%, nitrogen 11.50–12.80%, maximum free vinylpyrrolidone 0.20%, and maximum aldehyde limit 0.05%.
