Anti-Foam Agents for Agrochemicals

Silad X700 Description — Concentrated Silicone-Based Defoamer for Non-Aqueous Systems   At Quimiconsult we manufacture Silad X700, the highest-concentration silicone-based defoamer in the Silad line: an industrial concentrate with a minimum of 90% active ingredient (PDMS / dimethicone / dimethylpolysiloxane, CAS 63148-62-9), formulated to successfully suppress or prevent foam formation in a wide range of applications, with a special focus on non-aqueous systems and on processes that require durability under alkaline conditions. Extremely stable and easy to handle, with a self-dispersing formulation, Silad X700 excels in applications that require excellent durability in alkaline systems, with superior performance under neutral or acidic conditions as well. It delivers nearly pure PDMS in liquid form, suitable for direct dosing or for dilution in the medium of the system being treated, making it ideal for processes where conventional aqueous emulsion defoamers cannot be used or lose eff…

Product description: Silad Powder FG powdered antifoam At Quimiconsult we manufacture Silad Powder FG, a food-grade silicone-based powdered antifoam, formulated as a homogeneous, free-flowing, water-dispersible white powder. Silad Powder FG is designed to eliminate and prevent foam formation in dry applications, offering performance comparable to liquid antifoams even at low concentrations. Its powder format makes it ideal for food processes and formulations handled dry, where a liquid antifoam would be awkward to incorporate or would affect the product's consistency. It is long-lasting, stable over a wide temperature range and works in both anionic and nonionic systems. As direct manufacturers operating under a certified SQF (Safe Quality Food) quality management system, we guarantee batch-to-batch consistency, with availability from our plant in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and shipping throughout Mexico. Foam is a critical operational problem in the powdered food industry and in fermenta…

AF365 Description — Silicone Antifoam Emulsion for Foam Control in Dispersions and Agrochemical Formulations   At Quimiconsult we manufacture AF365, a high-active aqueous antifoam emulsion based on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS / dimethicone / dimethylpolysiloxane, CAS 63148-62-9), designed specifically for effective foam control in industrial processes and, in particular, in the formulation of agrochemical products. With an active ingredient content above 50% by weight (minimum 60% per the product specification), AF365 delivers excellent performance at very low doses, combining fast foam knock-down with a long-lasting residual effect (persistence) both during manufacturing and in final use in the field. It is a non-ionic antifoam, compatible with a wide range of non-ionic and anionic surfactants, that maintains its performance under acidic, neutral and slightly alkaline conditions. As direct manufacturers with our own R&D laboratory and more than 30 years of experience supplying raw…
