ANTICEL PERACETIC ACID 15%

Anticel Peracetic Acid 15%. Translucent liquid, 100% water-soluble, with a minimum of 15% peracetic acid. Broad-spectrum oxidizing biocide effective against bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses, and spores. Acts through immediate cellular oxidation and degrades into water, oxygen, and acetic acid, leaving no harmful residues. Approved for direct food contact and organic production. Applications: CIP cleaning, equipment and surfaces, meat processing, fruits and vegetables, irrigation water, and cooling systems.
