Fourth-Generation Quaternary Ammonium is a fourth-generation disinfectant in a light yellow, transparent liquid solution. Formulated with a synergistic blend of active compounds: alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (32%), octyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (24%), dioctyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (9.6%), and didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (14.4%). This combination provides superior biocidal action against a wide spectrum of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi, viruses, and algae, even under conditions of high organic load and hard water. Especially recommended for disinfecting hard surfaces and in sanitizing formulations or for industrial water treatment. Provides a powerful and persistent germicidal effect. Properties: pH (10% solution) 6.5–9.0, minimum active content 80%, density 0.90–0.95 g/cm³. Also known as: fourth-generation disinfectant, quaternary ammonium type IV, QAC-4. Available in Monterrey, with shipping throughout Mexico.
