Sanidet, disinfectant based on fifth-generation quaternary ammonium salts. Translucent liquid with 10% quaternary active, highly soluble in water. Its germicidal action eliminates bacteria, fungi, and yeasts by damaging the cell wall and inhibiting enzymatic activity and protein synthesis. Maintains its effectiveness in the presence of hard water, acids, and alkalis, making it ideal for areas with high contamination. Properties: pH (1% sol.) 6.0–8.5, medium foam, active content 10%, translucent liquid appearance. Applications: cleaning and disinfection of production equipment, conveyors, packaging areas, storage, and transportation in the food industry (meat, dairy, bakery). Kosher and SAGARPA certified.
