Silad X100, defoamer concentrate, 100% active. Slightly creamy white, opaque, and colorless liquid with a self-dispersing formulation. Highly effective at suppressing or preventing foam formation in aqueous and non-aqueous systems across a wide range of applications. Its robust stability and ease of handling make it ideal for demanding processes, being compatible with alkaline, neutral, and acidic systems. Applications: alkaline cleaners, heavy-duty detergents, water treatment systems, agrochemical formulations, specialty chemicals, and petrochemical processes. Properties: opaque colorless appearance, viscosity 2,000–6,000 cP (25 °C), specific gravity 0.90–1.10, pH 5.0–7.0 (1% solution), 100% active ingredient, suitable diluent: water or co-solvent. Also known as PDMS, dimethylpolysiloxane, dimethicone, E900, silicone oil, silicone fluid, silicone antifoam. Usage recommendations: use as received or diluted with 3 to 10 parts of water per part of antifoam. For wastewater or chemical processes, use between 10 and 20 ppm of the product as supplied.
