Slightly creamy white homogeneous liquid, with a minimum active content of 10%. Specially designed for aqueous systems where effective foam control is required, offering high stability and easy handling. Compatible with nonionic and anionic surfactants. Applications: food and feed, meats, poultry, juices, sauces, canned goods, jams, cleaning, washing of vegetables and seafood, supplements, condiments, flavorings, and soy protein. Properties: viscosity 1,000–2,500 cP (at 25 °C), pH 3.5–4.5 (1% solution), specific gravity 0.90–1.10. CAS 63148-62-9. Also known as: PDMS, dimethylpolysiloxane, dimethicone.
