Calcium propionate, food preservative. Fine white powder, high purity (98.0–100.5%), effective mold and fungi inhibitor without affecting yeast activity, ideal for fermentation processes. Highly soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol. Applications: bakery products, fermented foods, and antimicrobial formulations.
