PBTC (2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid), technical grade. Slightly yellow liquid, minimum 50% active. Excellent dispersant and corrosion inhibitor, effective at low concentrations, compatible with high-hardness water and any water ratio. Improves dispersibility through adsorption of suspended inorganic particles. Highly stable against chlorine and bleaches, ideal for industrial and household cleaning formulations and water treatment. Properties: pH (1% solution) 2.0–3.0, density at 20 °C of 1.28–1.38 g/cm³. CAS 37971-36-1. Available in Monterrey, with shipping throughout Mexico.
