Lactac LF is a concentrated acid detergent, with 25.0–30.0% acidity, designed to remove mineral scale and organic residues in the food industry. It has a colorless liquid appearance, pH between 1.0–3.0 (at 1%), and is especially applied in CIP systems. Its action denatures and precipitates fats and proteins, while its surfactants suspend residues to prevent redeposition. Leaves a temporary protective layer against oxidation. Suitable for cleaning pasteurizers, tanks, pipes, molds, and surfaces in meat plants and more. It has low foam, is highly biodegradable, and stable during storage. Density between 1.25–1.30 g/cm³, with no release of toxic vapors. Complies with SAGARPA Q-7498-003 and is NSF certified. Available in Monterrey, with shipping throughout Mexico.
