SODIUM GLUCONATE INDUSTRIAL GRADE STABILIZER AND CHELATING AGENT

Sodium gluconate, technical grade. Fine crystalline white powder, ≥ 98% purity. Highly soluble in water, non-corrosive, and non-toxic, with excellent resistance to oxidation and reduction even at high temperatures. Functions as a set retarder, plasticizer, and water reducer in cementitious systems. Applications: concrete, mortars, plasters, and other construction formulations. Properties: assay ≥ 98.0%, whiteness 55.5–85.0%, reducing substances ≤ 0.50%, chlorides ≤ 0.05%, sulfates ≤ 0.05%, heavy metals (Pb) ≤ 5.0 mg/kg, arsenic ≤ 1.0 mg/kg, pH (5% solution) 6.0–8.0, CAS 527-07-1.
