Dxl, broad-spectrum chlorinated bactericide. Slightly amber translucent liquid with an active content of 9.75–10.25%. Highly soluble in water, stable, and low-foaming. Its formula allows it to penetrate even microporous surfaces, deactivating essential cellular functions in microorganisms. Odorless at appropriate doses. Applications: disinfection in vegetable processing (cucumber, tomato, squash, carrot), fruits, legumes, roots, industrial or recirculating water, as well as food facilities, utensils, molds, and egg processing. Properties: density 1.10–1.20 g/cm³, pH (1% sol.) 10.5–12.0, active content 9.75–10.25%, low foam. Also known as: chlorinated sanitizer. SAGARPA certified. Usage recommendations: 200 ppm for 30 min on stainless steel surfaces; 5–8 ppm for 12 hours for prolonged disinfection. Available in Monterrey, with shipping throughout Mexico.
