Anticel PRO, broad-spectrum, food-grade biocide. Colorless liquid with a characteristic odor, fully soluble in water. Its active ingredient is peracetic acid (min. 15%), highly biodegradable and stable for at least one year under normal conditions. Acts through direct oxidation on cell membranes and resistant structures, eliminating gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi, yeasts, viruses, and spores. Approved by OMRI for organic production and designed for direct food contact. Applications: no-rinse surface disinfection (100–200 ppm), rinse-required disinfection (220–400 ppm), meat carcasses (90–220 ppm), poultry carcasses in chiller/prechiller (10–40 ppm), irrigation water (max. 80 ppm), and washing of fruits and vegetables (60–80 ppm). Also recommended for livestock facilities, processing equipment, slaughterhouses, hatcheries, and industrial and agricultural water treatment. Effective against Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Salmonella Typhimurium, and E. coli O157:H7 with 99.99% reduction in 30 seconds, even in hard and cold water. Phosphorus-free, requires no pH control, and leaves no residues after decomposition (converts into oxygen, water, and vinegar). Available in Monterrey, with shipping throughout Mexico.
